Recap

Wake Forest dominated Delaware in a 52-14 blowout, led by quarterback Robby Ashford who threw for three touchdowns including explosive strikes of 79 and 93 yards to Carlos Hernandez. The Demon Deacons built a commanding 35-7 halftime lead with a balanced offensive attack that featured three rushing touchdowns in addition to their aerial assault. Despite the Fightin' Blue Hens finding the end zone twice through the air, Wake Forest's offense proved unstoppable as they scored in every quarter at Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium.
