Recap

Kansas State's defense fueled a dominant 41-28 victory over TCU, returning both a fumble and an interception for touchdowns to spark a 28-point run after trailing early. Quarterback Avery Johnson was electric through the air, connecting with Garrett Oakley for two touchdowns and Jerand Bradley for another. The Horned Frogs tried mounting a late comeback behind Josh Hoover's three touchdown passes, including two long strikes to Eric McAlister, but couldn't overcome the Wildcats' balanced attack.
