Recap

Nevada rallied for a dramatic 20-17 victory over Sacramento State, with Jonathan Maldonado's 36-yard interception return touchdown providing the game-winning points with just 2:17 remaining. The Hornets jumped out to an early 10-0 lead behind Grant Meadors' field goal and Rodney Hammond Jr.'s touchdown run, but the Wolf Pack fought back to tie it at 10 before a wild finish. After a scoreless second and third quarter, Nevada's defense delivered when it mattered most to secure the comeback win at Mackay Stadium.
