Colorado dominated Delaware with a convincing 31-7 victory at Folsom Field, powered by Ryan Staub's two touchdown passes including a spectacular 71-yard strike to Sincere Brown. The Buffaloes jumped out early with Kaidon Salter's 9-yard touchdown run and never looked back, scoring in every quarter. Despite a brief sign of life from the Fightin' Blue Hens on Nick Minicucci's touchdown pass late in the first half, Colorado immediately answered with a 21-yard touchdown and cruised to the comfortable win.
