Recap

Connecticut stunned Boston College 38-23 behind quarterback Joe Fagnano's spectacular performance, throwing for four touchdowns including two to Juice Vereen. The Huskies seized control after halftime, breaking a 20-17 deficit with 21 unanswered points as Fagnano connected with John Neider, Vereen, and Skyler Bell for three second-half scoring strikes. Despite Grayson James' two touchdown passes for the Eagles, UConn's offense proved too potent at Alumni Stadium.
