Recap

Houston pulled off a thrilling 30-27 comeback victory over UCF at the Bounce House, overcoming a 10-point first-half deficit with clutch play down the stretch. After the Knights jumped ahead 24-14 late in the second quarter on Phillip Dunnam's 43-yard pick-six, the Cougars rallied behind quarterback Conner Weigman's touchdown pass to Dean Connors that tied the game in the third. Ethan Sanchez proved to be the hero, drilling three critical field goals including the game-winner from 22 yards out with just 2:31 remaining.
