Recap

East Carolina dominated Campbell in a staggering 56-3 rout at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium, scoring touchdowns on eight different drives while holding the Fighting Camels to just a second-quarter field goal. Quarterback Katin Houser threw for two touchdowns, including a 55-yard strike to Brock Spalding, while the Pirates' ground attack was relentless with five rushing touchdowns from four different ball carriers. The Pirates scored in every quarter and pulled away with 21 points in the second quarter alone, thoroughly overwhelming Campbell on both sides of the ball.
