Recap

Tulane held off a furious South Alabama comeback to escape with a thrilling 33-31 road win at Hancock Whitney Stadium. After the Jaguars jumped out to an early 14-0 lead, the Green Wave responded with 33 of the next 36 points, including two rushing touchdowns from Zuberi Mobley. South Alabama made a valiant fourth-quarter charge with Bishop Davenport connecting with Devin Voisin for a late touchdown, but a failed two-point conversion with just 59 seconds remaining sealed the Jaguars' fate.
