Recap

Kennesaw State raced to an early lead with three first-quarter touchdown passes, including two from Amari Odom, to secure a 24-16 victory over Middle Tennessee. The Owls built a commanding 21-3 advantage before the Blue Raiders battled back with two rushing touchdowns from Jekail Middlebrook. A fourth-quarter field goal from Daniel Kinney gave Kennesaw State the cushion it needed to hold off Middle Tennessee's comeback attempt at Fifth Third Stadium.
