Texas State erupted for a 52-27 home victory over Eastern Michigan, powered by quarterback Brad Jackson and receiver Beau Sparks' unstoppable connection for four touchdowns. The Bobcats never trailed, building a 24-17 halftime advantage before blowing the game open with two third-quarter scoring strikes to Sparks. Texas State's offense showed impressive balance, adding three rushing touchdowns in the second half, including Jaylen Jenkins' explosive 58-yard sprint to put an exclamation point on the rout.
