NC State mounted an impressive comeback to defeat Wake Forest 34-24, scoring 27 unanswered points after trailing by 10 in the second quarter. The Wolfpack's CJ Bailey connected with Justin Joly for two touchdown passes, including the game-tying score in the third quarter, before finding Keenan Jackson to take the lead early in the fourth. Despite Wake Forest's electric start with Chris Barnes' 98-yard kick return touchdown, the Demon Deacons were held scoreless for the entire second half at home.
