Recap

LIU pulled off a stunning 28-23 upset over Eastern Michigan, powered by Ethan Greenwood's two rushing touchdowns and quarterback Luca Stanzani's crucial fourth-quarter scores. The Sharks built an early lead on Greenwood's 65-yard touchdown run and never relinquished it despite valiant efforts from the Eagles. Eastern Michigan's late comeback bid fell short after Dontae McMillan's 40-yard touchdown run and Noah Kim's 5-yard touchdown pass to Jamarien Wheeler in the final minute weren't enough to overcome LIU's resilient performance.
