Toledo steamrolled Western Kentucky 45-21 at the Glass Bowl, exploding for a 14-0 lead in the opening minutes behind Chip Trayanum's rushing touchdown and Emmanuel McNeil-Warren's pick-six. Trayanum dominated with three total touchdowns, including a spectacular 75-yard burst to open the second half, while quarterback Tucker Gleason connected on multiple scoring strikes including a 71-yard bomb to Junior Vandeross III. The Rockets built a commanding 45-7 advantage before Western Kentucky added two late touchdowns to make the final score more respectable.
