Hawaii dominated San Diego State 38-6 behind quarterback Micah Alejado's three touchdown passes to Jackson Harris. The Rainbow Warriors scored in all three phases with Cam Barfield adding an 86-yard kick return touchdown and Elijah Palmer returning an interception 53 yards for another score. Despite two field goals from Gabriel Plascencia, the Aztecs couldn't find the end zone as Hawaii's defense pitched a touchdown shutout at the Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex.
