Boston College dominated Fordham in a 66-10 rout, with quarterback Dylan Lonergan throwing for four touchdowns, including two to receiver Jaedn Skeete. The Eagles' defense made its presence felt early in the second half when Daveon Crouch returned an interception 28 yards for a touchdown, pushing the lead to 28-3. Boston College showed incredible offensive balance, adding four rushing touchdowns from four different ball carriers to complete the overwhelming season-opening victory.
