Recap

Oklahoma State opened their season with a convincing 27-7 victory over UT Martin, fueled by quarterback Hauss Hejny's dual-threat performance. The Cowboys jumped to an early 14-0 lead with Hejny scoring on the ground and connecting with Gavin Freeman through the air. Despite the Skyhawks briefly showing life on a 39-yard touchdown pass from Bryce Bailey to John Gentry, Oklahoma State pulled away with two Logan Ward field goals and a late Sesi Vailahi touchdown run to seal the win.
