Recap

Iowa State claimed a thrilling 24-21 victory over Kansas State in Dublin as quarterback Rocco Becht delivered a stellar performance with two touchdown passes and a crucial 7-yard scoring run. The Cyclones maintained control throughout, never trailing despite Kansas State's persistent comeback efforts. Avery Johnson kept the Wildcats within striking distance with three total touchdowns, including a spectacular 65-yard bomb to Jerand Bradley late in the fourth quarter, but Iowa State's 10-point cushion proved just enough to secure the win.
