Recap

Northwestern held off a late UCLA comeback attempt to secure a 17-14 victory at Martin Stadium. The Wildcats built a commanding 17-0 lead in the first half behind Caleb Komolafe's rushing touchdown and Preston Stone's 10-yard scoring strike to Griffin Wilde. The Bruins mounted a fourth-quarter rally with Nico Iamaleava finding Kwazi Gilmer for a 29-yard touchdown, but Northwestern's defense stood tall in the closing minutes to preserve the win.
