Recap

Fresno State shut down Miami (OH) 18-3 in a defensive struggle at Casino Del Sol Stadium, with kicker Dylan Lynch accounting for 15 of the Bulldogs' points on four field goals. The RedHawks managed just a first-quarter field goal before Fresno State's defense clamped down, and quarterback E.J. Warner's 2-yard touchdown pass to Richie Anderson III in the fourth quarter sealed the victory. The Bulldogs controlled the game from the second quarter on, never trailing after Lynch's second field goal gave them the lead for good.
