Recap

USC rolled to a decisive 33-17 road victory over Purdue behind a balanced attack and opportunistic defense at Ross-Ade Stadium. The Trojans built a commanding 17-3 halftime lead with rushing touchdowns from Jayden Maiava and Waymond Jordan before Jamaal Jarrett delivered the knockout blow with a 70-yard interception return in the third quarter. Despite Ryan Browne's efforts including a 26-yard touchdown run and a scoring pass to Nitro Tuggle, the Boilermakers couldn't overcome USC's consistent scoring and kicker Ryon Sayeri's perfect 4-for-4 field goal performance.
