Recap

Kent State edged Merrimack 21-17 in a thrilling comeback victory, highlighted by Da'Realyst Clark's electrifying 100-yard kick return touchdown with just 5:28 remaining. The Golden Flashes built an early lead behind two touchdown passes to Cade Wolford, including a spectacular 79-yard connection from Dru DeShields. The Warriors briefly took a 17-14 advantage on the strength of Carlton Thai's third field goal before Clark's game-changing special teams play sealed the win for Kent State.
