James Madison stormed back from an early deficit to defeat Louisiana 24-14, riding the impressive connection between quarterback Alonza Barnett III and receiver Landon Ellis. Ellis hauled in all three Dukes touchdown passes, including a 62-yard strike to open the second half that tied the game. After trailing 14-7 in the second quarter, the Dukes defense locked down the Ragin' Cajuns, holding them scoreless in the entire second half while Morgan Suarez's late field goal sealed the victory at Bridgeforth Stadium.
