Georgia Southern survived a late comeback attempt to edge Marshall 24-19 at Joan C. Edwards Stadium. The Eagles built a commanding 24-6 lead behind JC French IV's three touchdown passes, including two to Camden Brown. The Thundering Herd mounted a fourth-quarter rally with Antwan Roberts' 17-yard touchdown run and Zion Turner's 41-yard strike to Adrian Norton, but ultimately fell short as Georgia Southern held on for the road victory.
