Recap

The USC Trojans stormed into Happy Valley and stunned the Nittany Lions 31-23 at Beaver Stadium, handing Penn State a tough home loss in Big Ten action. In a back-and-forth battle that featured 167 plays, the Trojans proved they could win in one of college football's most intimidating environments, silencing the White Out crowd with clutch plays down the stretch. USC's road victory marks a massive statement win in the conference, showing they can compete with the Big Ten's elite. The Trojans controlled enough possessions to build their eight-point advantage and held on despite Penn State's relentless pressure. For the Nittany Lions, it's a frustrating setback at home, as they couldn't quite find the answers to slow down USC's attack when it mattered most.
