Recap
St. Thomas (MN) dominated Northern Michigan 56-14 in a commanding home victory at O'Shaughnessy Stadium. The Tommies seized control early with Gabriel Abel's 14-yard touchdown run capping a 10-play drive, then never looked back as they built a 35-7 halftime advantage. Abel powered the ground game with three rushing touchdowns, while quarterback Nick Peipert added both a rushing and passing score in the rout. The Wildcats managed only two touchdowns—both to Wilson Ptacek—but couldn't keep pace with the relentless Tommies offense that rolled up points across all four quarters.
