Recap

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns held off a determined Arkansas State comeback to claim a 23-20 Sun Belt victory at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium. In a hard-fought defensive battle that went down to the wire, Louisiana managed to protect their home turf despite the Red Wolves' late-game pressure. This three-point margin showcased just how evenly matched these conference rivals are, with both defenses delivering clutch stops throughout 155 plays of physical football. The Ragin' Cajuns made the plays when it mattered most, holding Arkansas State just out of reach in a thriller that had Lafayette on edge until the final whistle. A gritty Sun Belt showdown that came down to execution in crunch time.
