Texas-San Antonio vs Texas State

The I-35 Rivalry delivered another thriller as UTSA escaped San Marcos with a 31-26 victory over Texas State at UFCU Stadium. The Roadrunners held off a determined Bobcats squad in a back-and-forth battle that saw 217 plays of intense, physical football between these in-state rivals. UTSA's ability to make critical plays down the stretch proved to be the difference in this hard-fought American Conference win. Texas State battled until the final whistle, but the Roadrunners' five-point edge held strong, keeping the rivalry trophy in San Antonio and handing the Pac-12 Bobcats a tough home loss.
