Wagner vs California

California made an emphatic statement at California Memorial Stadium, absolutely dominating Wagner 49-7 in a game that was never in doubt. The Golden Bears' offense was firing on all cylinders while their defense suffocated the Seahawks throughout the afternoon, turning this into a showcase performance in front of the home crowd in Berkeley. The 42-point victory margin tells the story—California controlled every phase of the game. Wagner had no answers for the Golden Bears' attack, managing just a single touchdown against a relentless Cal defense. With 183 total plays between both teams, California used the opportunity to build depth and momentum, sending a clear message that they're ready to compete this season.
