Recap
Harvard survived a wild fourth-quarter shootout to edge Colgate 20-17 at Harvard Stadium, with Charlie Smith hitting Nathan Bailey for the game-winning 8-yard touchdown as time expired. After the Crimson took a 14-10 lead on Smith's second TD pass with 2:08 remaining, the Raiders responded with a 13-play, 75-yard drive capped by Jake Stearney's 13-yard strike to Matt Fogler with just 27 seconds left. But Smith and the Crimson answered immediately, needing only six plays to march 75 yards for the dramatic walk-off score.
