Recap
New Hampshire held off a spirited Elon comeback to claim a 30-23 Coastal Athletic Association victory at Wildcat Stadium. The Wildcats built a 23-10 lead on Brooks Bentley's 27-yard touchdown pass to Joquez Smith early in the third quarter, but Elon battled back as Kamerin McDowell-Moore scored on a 40-yard run and Luke Barnes added two field goals to pull within three. Bentley's 15-yard touchdown strike to Drew Danson early in the fourth quarter proved to be the difference-maker for New Hampshire.
