Recap
Florida A&M secured a 20-7 victory over Albany State behind a stifling defensive effort at Bragg Memorial Stadium. The Rattlers built a commanding 20-0 lead through methodical scoring, starting with Isaiah Knowles' 2-yard touchdown pass to Jaquan Lee capping a 12-play, 76-yard opening drive, followed by field goals from Emilio Bacardi and Gabriel Cason before Chase Gillespie's 9-yard rushing touchdown sealed it in the fourth quarter. Albany State avoided the shutout with a late 11-play, 74-yard drive finished by Vinson Berry's 7-yard touchdown pass to Exavior Sherrod, but it was too little, too late for the Golden Rams.
