Recap

The FIU Panthers dominated the LIU Sharks 20-3 at Pitbull Stadium, controlling both sides of the ball in a decisive home victory. FIU's defense was absolutely suffocating, holding the Sharks to just a field goal while dictating the tempo throughout the contest in Miami. The Panthers methodically built their lead and never let LIU find any offensive rhythm. While the scoreboard might not scream fireworks, this was a complete defensive clinic by FIU. The Panthers move forward with momentum after this Conference USA tune-up against the Northeast Conference visitors.
