Recap

Post-Game Recap Texas absolutely dominated Texas State in a 59-7 blowout at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, showcasing their Southeastern Conference firepower against the in-state Bobcats. The Longhorns controlled every phase of the game, turning what could have been a competitive matchup into a statement performance in front of the home crowd in Austin. From the opening whistle, Texas imposed their will with relentless offensive execution and stifling defense. The Bobcats managed just a single touchdown against the Longhorns' suffocating unit, while Texas piled on points throughout the contest. This wasn't just a win—it was a comprehensive dismantling that sent a clear message about where the Longhorns stand this season.
