Recap

Ohio State absolutely dominated in Columbus, steamrolling Maryland 45-16 at Ohio Stadium in a Big Ten showdown that was never in doubt. The Buckeyes controlled both sides of the ball from the opening whistle, building an insurmountable lead while their defense kept the Terrapins at bay all afternoon. Maryland had no answers for Ohio State's relentless attack, managing just 16 points against a suffocating Buckeyes defense. The home crowd at the Horseshoe witnessed a complete performance as Ohio State improved their conference standing with this commanding 29-point victory. This wasn't just a win—it was a statement game that showcased why the Buckeyes remain one of the Big Ten's most dangerous teams.
