Recap
Lafayette held off Marist 13-9 in a defensive battle at Fisher Stadium. The Leopards grabbed an early 9-0 lead on a Luke Stenson field goal and Sonny Mannino's 5-yard touchdown pass to Zach Garmont, but Marist stormed back with two Jack Simonetta field goals before halftime. The Red Foxes took their only lead on Jason Penza's explosive 38-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter, but Lafayette's defense locked down the rest of the way to preserve the victory.
