Recap
Penn rallied from a 20-10 deficit with two fourth-quarter touchdown passes from Karson Siqueiros-Lasky to stun Howard 24-20 at Franklin Field. The Quakers' comeback was capped by a 13-yard strike to Isaac Lee with just 57 seconds remaining, erasing a game where the Bison had controlled momentum behind Ja'Shawn Scroggins and kicker Matt Conord's two field goals. Siqueiros-Lasky finished with three touchdown passes as Penn overcame Howard's early 14-play, 88-yard scoring drive to open the game.
