Recap
Stony Brook overcame a wild back-and-forth battle to defeat Towson 31-24 in a Coastal Athletic Association thriller at Johnny Unitas Stadium. The Seawolves jumped ahead 14-0 on two Quinn Boyd touchdown passes before the Tigers clawed back, but DaMario Crawford's electrifying 90-yard kickoff return for a score proved to be the difference. Boyd capped his stellar performance with a 13-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter, and the Seawolves held off a late Towson rally to secure the road victory.
