Recap

Tennessee dominated Auburn 24-14 at Neyland Stadium in a crucial SEC showdown. The Volunteers controlled the line of scrimmage throughout, building a commanding lead that the Tigers couldn't overcome despite a spirited effort. Tennessee's defense was the difference-maker, shutting down Auburn's attack and forcing key stops in the second half. The 10-point victory keeps Tennessee's conference hopes alive and sends a message to the rest of the Southeastern. Auburn fought hard but couldn't find the offensive rhythm needed to challenge the Volunteers in hostile territory. With 187 plays of intense action, this one lived up to the rivalry's reputation — physical, hard-fought football from start to finish.
