Recap

Duke dominated from start to finish in the second round, dismantling TCU 81-58 at a neutral site. The Blue Devils' defense was suffocating, forcing the Horned Frogs into a brutal 50-play scoring drought in the second half that essentially put the game away. Duke's offense hummed during two devastating runs—an 11-2 surge that pushed the lead to 53-44, followed by a crushing 17-2 run that stretched it to 74-52 and put TCU in freefall. As the No. 1 seed, Duke controlled nearly every aspect of this matchup, building a game-high 25-point lead and never looking back. TCU couldn't find rhythm offensively and paid the price against a Blue Devils team firing on all cylinders. Dame Sarr capped the blowout with a dagger three in the final minute as Duke coasted to a 23-point victory, advancing deeper into March.
