Trent Howland brings bruising size and steady production to Oklahoma State's backfield
In the 2025 season, Trent Howland gave Oklahoma State a useful power-back option, logging 63 carries for 243 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns while adding 37 receiving yards; in 2024, he was a reliable secondary option with 230 rushing yards in 10 games. He stands out for his NFL-sized frame, physical run style, and strong contact balance, and his game grades well for toughness and ball security. If a team wants a downhill runner who can wear down defenses and handle short-yardage work, he fits nicely.
