Michael McAndrew gives Columbia a trench-first tone-setter at DT
Michael McAndrew profiles as a disciplined, physical Columbia defensive tackle whose value goes beyond box-score splash: he helps stabilize the front, keeps linebackers clean, and plays with a low-drama, trench-first style that coaches tend to love. Reliable public notes describe him as a physical, disciplined presence rather than a flashy stat-chaser, which makes him a strong fit for teams wanting interior toughness, consistency, and gap integrity. His appeal is simple: he looks built for the dirty work that makes a defense function.
