Young App State QB with live-arm upside, still finding his footing
In the 2025 season, Noah Gillon showed glimpses of a developmental quarterback: he completed 17 of 39 passes for 175 yards with two interceptions, then followed with a 109-yard outing at Southern Miss, but the consistency isn’t there yet. His appeal is the frame and raw tools — he’s a 6-foot-3, 195-pound passer with enough arm talent to keep defenses honest — but the current read is simple: intriguing upside, shaky polish, and a steep learning curve. If your team needs a ready-now stabilizer, maybe not; if it wants a patient project with quarterback traits, he’s worth a hard look.
