Undersized Philly Freshman RB Building Momentum at Towson
As a 5-8, 170-lb freshman from St. Joseph's Prep, Kahseim Phillips posted 72 rushing yards and 2 TDs on 31 carries (2.3 avg) in the 2025 season with Towson, showing burst and vision despite modest numbers in a run-heavy backfield[1][2][3][5]. Redshirted in 2024 for development, he's an academic standout (CAA Honor Roll) with high school pedigree, embodying gritty Philly intensity perfect for teams needing a tough, elusive change-of-pace back who fights for yards[7]. Care because his frame fuels big-play potential; ideal fit for creative offenses.
