Okoye is a rare long-term project whose calling card is explosive athleticism: Tennessee listed him at 6-foot-5, 243 pounds, and reports from his NFL Academy days highlighted a 45.5-inch vertical and 11-foot-3 broad jump, numbers that made him one of the most intriguing high-ceiling defenders in the cycle.
