Erik Martinez | Delaware Kicker Fighting for Expanded Role as Sophomore
Walk-on kicker for the University of Delaware football program entering his second season. Martinez saw limited action as a freshman, serving as backup on placements while competing alongside All-American Eric Kush. As a sophomore, he's positioned to battle for an expanded role in the kicking unit. His path from Roybal High School (Los Angeles) to FCS football demonstrates determination and work ethic—classic walk-on mentality. Best fit for programs valuing reliable special teams depth and athletes willing to earn their opportunities through competition and development.
