Lindzell Rhodes brings veteran linebacker presence to Mississippi Valley State
Rhodes is a **6-2, 210-pound** redshirt senior linebacker with proven FCS experience, having already played two seasons for Mississippi Valley State after earlier college exposure at College of the Desert.[2][5] His profile points to a classic fit-and-finish defender: rangy enough to play space, experienced enough to handle assignment football, and mature enough to stabilize a defense that allowed **40.25 points per game** in 2024.[2][6] If you want a low-drama, physical linebacker who adds leadership and depth more than flash, Rhodes is the kind of roster piece coaches tend to trust.[2][5]
