Trace Edmundson brings size, versatility, and developmental upside to New Mexico’s offensive line
In 2025, Trace Edmundson arrived at New Mexico as a 6-foot-4, 290-pound freshman OL after redshirting at Northern Colorado in 2024, where he appeared in one game. He was a multi-position high school lineman who played tackle and guard, and that versatility is his calling card: the Lobos are getting a young blocker with frame, flexibility, and room to grow into a reliable interior or tackle option. He’s not a stat-sheet player, but that’s the point—his value is in projection, depth, and coachable upside.
