Explosive HS DT Phenom Whose MSU Career Fizzled Early
Craig Evans burst onto the scene as a 6-3, 305-pound beast from Sun Prairie, WI, racking up 71 tackles, 15 TFLs, and 6 sacks his senior year while earning two-time All-Big Eight honors and a 2014 Offense-Defense All-American Bowl spot—pure explosive power and relentless motor. As a redshirt freshman DT at Michigan State in 2015, he saw minimal action before his career ended abruptly (alongside Montez Sweat), later transferring to Langston Lions with scant stats. High-upside disruptor with proven intensity, but unproven at college level—worth a flyer for teams needing raw DT athleticism if injury-free.
