long, sturdy KU DT with a disruptive JUCO pedigree
Kapil Fletcher is a 6-foot-3, 285-pound defensive tackle for Kansas who arrived with proven production and a reputation as a physical, versatile interior lineman. In his college profile, he was credited with 41 tackles and 6 sacks at the junior-college level, which points to real backfield disruption rather than just eating blocks. Kansas media also described him as big enough to work inside but quick enough to bend around the edge, a nice little chess piece for a defensive front. He fits a team that wants size, hands, and pass-rush juice from the middle.
