a grinder-built Monmouth DL with a wrestling base and edge mentality
Eli Brown’s profile points to a physical, high-motor defensive lineman whose best calling card is toughness: in his 2012 high school season, he was a first-team all-county pick with 67 tackles, 8 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and 8 pass breakups, plus wrestling background that usually translates well to hand fighting and leverage. The key question is current production at Monmouth, because the available public data is mostly older recruiting info rather than updated 2026 stat leaders. If a team wants an aggressive, disciplined trench player with competitive intensity and a no-fuss work ethic, Brown fits the vibe.
